WOW! And I mean this in the BEST way! Truly a God send, indeed. The gentlemen assigned to my trouble call was Rich and James. I appreciate their patience, although I take full accountability for not communicating effectively about my tardiness. They immediately got down to business, spoke about the issues in a way i could understand, and were transparent about the cost of all the work. We had a stressful plumbing issue that we were dealing with for almost two weeks and this company was an absolute lifesaver. Heaven sent!!! Matt came by and did a great job of working with me and my homeowner warranty company, matt came out fast and got the job done. He was friendly, funny, and professional. He also did good with my son making a lot of noise playing while Matt was on the phone. Matt had fixed 3 toilets that were clogged and 1 needing to be taken off to fix the clog. I felt like it was a tad bit overpriced in the $800-$900 price range, but I do understand that their workers need to be paid as well. But overall great service, work, and cleaned up ... read more
