We purchased our Pacific Energy, Super, from this store three years ago. I researched this product and virtually all the other wood heaters on the market at that time, weighing up all the pros and cons and finally settling on this model. It sounded really good. It claimed that the glass would never need cleaning, that there would be no smoke billowing into the house and that it would heat our 100 squares optimally. Contacted them regarding replacing glass in the fireplace door which had broken. Brought in door. The gentleman who served me was very courteous and I had good customer service. He said they would ring me when it would be ready. He rang later that day and said it was ready and I could pick it up the next day. When I picked it up Patrick served me and again I was impressed with the service. He also showed me how the 2 baffle plates worked in my model which was very helpful. Hopefully now my smoke problem will improve. Thank y... read more
