I've recently had a firebox installed and have been requested to leave a review. This is my honest experience as I see it. Initially, spoke with the owner in the only store at that time, the original Cooee branch, where i gathered information, several brochures and was given excellent service. I felt confident and happy with the service and willingness at this time. I purchased a gourmet cooker fire and had them install it a year ago and there service was great, until I started having problems with the fire , it is very quickly turning into a pile of rust ,using dry wood between 10 and 12 per cent moisture content and cleaned regularly never yet been used to cook in or on yet every part of the fire has rust ,some is now appearing on the outside of the fire ,I have no idea why this is happening,I have had many fires over the years and this is the first time this has happened,Instead of t... read more
Great service, very helpful. Good range of products. I bought 3 outdoor heated tables for our cafe business for a good price, the heated tables have been very popular.
Good service and polite.Reasonably priced
Had their technicians come to inspect and clean our two wood heaters. One is totally cactus so we'll be getting a quote for replacement, the other scrubbed up OK. Great service, left no mess and were very prompt and efficient. Recommended for servicing your wood heater.
