Walked in looking for carpet,Chris understood exactly what I won'ted,showed me 3 samples and chose one that i realy liked, asked for qoute,said someone could be at home this afternoon, in which they did and gave me price right there, booked it in they gave me a date, Chris rang 5 days ahead to make sure all was good, and i had this awesome young gentleman called Toby who was amazing at his job and i'am so so happy with the result .
