Started going to Newmans a couple of years ago & wouldn’t consider switching for anything. The staff and owners are all friendly, reasonably priced, efficient and obviously proud of the quality of work they provide. As a woman, it’s not uncommon to be talked down to at the mechanics but at Newmans I’m treated with respect, my questions are answered honestly and in certain cases they provide options to help stay on budget (postponing certain work, providing quotes for different level of brake performance/quality etc.) My car ... read more
They wanted to charge me 1700 for rear wheel bearings on a 2010 civic. 2300 to include rear brake pads and a front tire. Called Erics in stratford who quoted me 1300. $1000 cheaper!! I went in knowing there was a brake and wheel bearing issue but asked when I got there that they do a general inspection to let me know what else needs to be done. Charged me 150 for an inspection that didnt even include why the check engine light was on. They said, "well we had to take off your wheels and everything". Absolutely ridiculous. Sai... read more
Excellent service with good communication. I went in with a major leak and thay got it figured out and sorced parts as quickly as thay could and did a finaminall job. Highly recommended.
Newmans Automotive has excellent customer service. One of the few business that still care about doing the job right. Extremely accommodating on short notice to get your vehicle looked at. Expert level knowledge!!
Newman’s automotive is a fantastic shop! Customer service was fantastic and service was quick! All around great experience and family run business!!
