I've been with Newman and Tucker for around 14 years never could get them to update my file charged me the same rate..I didn't get a decrease until I called and asked for it. I just recently cancelled and went with a different insurance carrier last month and this month they still charged me when I have insurance with someone else already and I tried to call them and they kept hanging up on me acting like I was acting hostile which I wasn't. so I showed up there asking for them to resolve this and they said there's nothing t... read more

I was a customer of Newman Tucker for over 6 years. During that time i have seen their customer service continue to decline. They do not return calls, emails, or follow up on any request made. I always have to call multiple times to get anything done. They fail at their main job which is getting the customer the best rate and policy available as well. I purchased a new car and the insurer increased my rate by 100 per month but Newman Tucker did not seem to think that was important enough to tell me. Needless to say i have le... read more
