I attempted to ask for a diagnosis on my quad re-inury because my original surgery was in Wichita, and I know time is of the essence on these types of injuries. After waiting for some time in the waiting room, the people making the decision at Emporia Ortho sent the office staff back to tell me that I needed to go back to Wichita. Helena Stormont is a Rockstar!
Dr. Pro performed my shoulder surgery. He did a fantastic job. My pain is gone and we are working with Physical therapy to regain strength and mobility. I have seen both Helena Stormont and Lindsay. Both are very personable and informative. Lorraine at the front desk is incredibly helpful. Overall, a great group of people. I couldn't be happier.
I have had several bad experiences here. I twisted my knee and tore my PCL and my MCL. A doctor about it. And he said that he can't fix it because there's nothing to fix. Every time I go in there they make me feel like I'm an idiot
