Disappointing for sure.
Made an appointment online for Sunday 8/23 , pre registered online and then showed up for appointment 15 minutes early, only to be informed that they weren’t open today. They do open on Sundays just not today. Not sure why the online system would accept appointments if they decided not to open on this particular Sunday.
Phone system wasn’t restarted so they weren’t accepting calls this morning. My wife had to call the operator so they would know to restart their phones. As soon as she got a live person in Urgent Care, the receptionist who answered was unfriendly and unhelpful.
