Very friendly staff and always happy to help، rooms are clean and tidy.
Sadly the room i got was very tiny, but it was also not well maintained. We had a couple of cold nights and I grabbed the spare blanket from the cupboard and as I spread it out, there was a lot of dried (human fluids) not sure whether someone used it as the world's biggest tissue, or it was a dropsheet from a Diddy party. Staff replaced it and also did a room clean, so that was a positive. I do have to give them a shout out for the food though, steaks were on point and the brekkie was basic, but cooked well. Bedbugs!! Stayed here in June 2025 and came home with bed bugs. Still trying to eradicate them. Do not recommend staying here. NOT HAPPY!!
