Sweetest staff you will ever meet. Great doctors too who work with you to find the problem. And very fast, i highly recommend
I called the clinic to get meds refilled, when she called me back she said they don't take Aetna Medicaid. I knew she was lying. If you take one Medicaid, you take all of them! So immature to call and lie to me.
The younger male physician was very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me meet my needs fully to the extent of his ability. Even went out of his way to make phone calls for specialist appointments for me. The psych practicing nurse on the other hand was a whole different story. I won't get into detail but I felt targeted and neglected of care.
They Broke hippa law! and now I'm not allowed to make my kids appointment it has to be my husband!! And I'm not allow to see any of the doctors at the Facility!! They are a JOKE and hippa was contacted with names and screenshot of it all... I reached out to the owner Brandy and she hasn't responded to my messages as well!! Staff will talk about you behind the counter very unprofessional
