I am deeply frustrated and profoundly disappointed with this company’s egregious lack of professionalism and accountability. They failed to show up for a scheduled farm visit without any prior notification. When I contacted their office, the receptionist was completely unaware of the doctor’s whereabouts, displaying an unacceptable level of disorganization. Dr. Traenkle came to help my pig's veterinarian take mobile radiographs. She was very kind to be willing to help with this, and was super accommodating of my pig while taking his X-rays. We really appreciate your help :)
