Sadly used this “organization” to long term manage both my rental property & my daughter’s rental property. First, they had little to no prospects going through daughters rental home so I started providing prospects through my systems. Then they sent prospects to the home unattended, giving them the door code (which I am reporting to the Florida Real Estate Commission) which nullified any security for the property. When “fired” they sent back keys in a regular envelope so the usps processing machines tore open & lost the key... read more
