I am so upset that I have to give a 1 star review. This guy Tom is so rude, & condescending no customer service skills. I can't believe he's still in business. He hung up on me, & thought I wasn't going to call back. I don't tolerate disrespect. All I needed was basic eligibility & coverage information so we can see this new patient.
After an employee called to obtain basic eligibility information, she was left in tears over the conversation. Tom was extremely rude and dismissive. I then sent him an email, to which he responded in a very rude manor. After the conversation I listened to the recording of the call. Tom demonstrated: Unnecessary and dismissive comments were made after routine eligibility questions. I wish ZERO was an option!!! Tom is a miserable man!!! He is very demeaning and dismissive! Just trying to do my job and verify insurance (for over 30 years). Hate having to call him, this time he actually hung up on me! No Customer service, he needs to retire!
If I could give ZERO stars we would! Horrible on how they talk down to dental offices. We are doing our job just like you. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. This insurance company needs to have a talk with their employees based off the same reviews!
