If I could give ZERO stars we would! Horrible on how they talk down to dental offices. We are doing our job just like you. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. This insurance company needs to have a talk with their employees based off the same reviews!
Worst customer service ever. So rude over the phone.
I work at a dental office and occasionally need to speak to Tom Newman regarding my patients claims. Every single time I call he is condescending and rude. We are supposed to be working together for the benefit of the insured, but instead of focusing on that, he makes it a point to harp and comment on the most irrelevant things. He speaks in a very belittling tone and I honestly am uncomfortable every time I have to reach out to him. He should be ashamed at how nasty is he to people.
I suggest you ignore the whining reviews. You may not like the answer you get from Tom Newman, or his directness may make you uncomfortable, but the information will be straightforward and correct. I'll take a direct and honest approach anytime! So, I highly recommend Newman Company! You won't be sorry if you are looking for honest quality service!
