Tom is SO rude! They should hire someone that is nicer OR the company should reprimand him. How are they allowing their company to be represented by someone like him?
The worst insurance company!! Tom is very rude , not professional at all. He shouldn’t be running a company with terrible customer service skills.. do not recommend to sign up for this insurance don’t recommend for dental/medical offices what’s so ever.
I am so upset that I have to give a 1 star review. This guy Tom is so rude, & condescending no customer service skills. I can't believe he's still in business. He hung up on me, & thought I wasn't going to call back. I don't tolerate disrespect. All I needed was basic eligibility & coverage information so we can see this new patient.
After an employee called to obtain basic eligibility information, she was left in tears over the conversation. Tom was extremely rude and dismissive. I then sent him an email, to which he responded in a very rude manor. After the conversation I listened to the recording of the call. Tom demonstrated: Unnecessary and dismissive comments were made after routine eligibility questions. I wish ZERO was an option!!! Tom is a miserable man!!! He is very demeaning and dismissive! Just trying to do my job and verify insurance (for over 30 years). Hate having to call him, this time he actually hung up on me! No Customer service, he needs to retire!
