Don't even go there I was beyond disappointed in Dr. Newman. I simply wanted a wellness exam with a discussion around a low libido issue..I was asked questions, not given time to think through the answers and then told what she thought was wrong with me. In less than 20 min I was told by her that she felt some of my past treatments from a previous dr. were not necessary. ( By the way..He was a great Dr. whos treatment saved me from cervical cancer). The experience of my life! Dr Newman was very attentive to my needs and helped me through a very stressful time. I am so greatful that she was able to be present for the most beautiful time in my life! She went out of her way to make sure that my husband and myself were involved and comfortable throughout the pregnancy, labor, delivery and post partum process. I feel that there was an ease of access to her and her staff and a very comfortable feel whenever I needed to talk to her. I highly recommend her for any kind of women... read more
Beware of this doctor I do not feel Dr. Newman should be in Obstetrics. She has no bed side manner and looks at her computer when talking to you more than your eyes. She never once asked me how I was feeling. I had more personal conversations with her nurse. Every appt. I felt so rushed and like I needed to hurry. When I brought in my birth plan, which was a strightforward, short , natural plan, she laughed at it and told me if this was what I wanted I could find another doctor.
