I rent a home owned by Newman Apartments Properties. They keep up with the maintenance on the house. New ac unit inside and outside. New roof, new driveway, cut down dying trees. Fix anything that needs fixing in the house. No problems. Mindy and her son are very professional. Put up a new privacy fence as well.
Not worth it half way fix stuff 😡
Dont believe that 4 star lie, they are totally unreasonable, are roach infested, the fridge they had in the apartment I rented, broke twice and cost me $300 to $500 in groceries twice and they refused to reimburse me then the ac they had in the apartment rented was discovered to have black mold in it and I showed the management pictures and asked them to have someone come out and clean it twice to no avail and even offered to clean it myself if I could have someone pull the ac out of the window for me and again to no avail I... read more
