Thank you for a job well done, as if it were your own home. Shane is very professional, not to mention his kindness and patience with my endless questions and additional changes added on during the job. He navigated the challenges of the previous craftsmanship discovered during demo and pivoted accordingly to ensure the garage renovation was a success. I’m excited to see what our next project will be and will definitely use and recommend Shane/Newlun Construction.

Shane did a great job! He performed drywall, carpet, and plumbing work(installed a iron filter and replaced sump pump system). Professional and dedicated in getting it get done right. We had an iron issue with our water and have had multiple water softeners and still had issues, previuos installers never identified the issue was with our plumbing, Shane identified and made the changes that included an easier way to shut off our water. We are very happy with Shane's work and with Newlun Construction. We had a new roof put on our home, the exterior painted, siding fixed, and new gutters installed. The house looks great now. Shane was constantly at the work site to do the work and/or to inspect his subcontractors' work. His prices were fair and competitive, and he was very clear about where every dollar was going. My father always said, "Whether big or small, do a job right or not at all," and Shane follows this creed as well.
