The technicien and optometrist were excellent and very reassuring, however the secretary that greeted me was highly unprofessional and moody. She ruined my experience and made me late by 20 minutes while trying to cut corners because she wanted to go home. All the while she was very helpful to the one patient who was not only an hour late but also took over my time slot. When confronted she made excuses and then disappeared without a word. Now because of her I have to go in for a second appt
Went there for an eye exam to make sure my glasses were fine also if their was any infection. Turned out my glasses axis was off when I originally purchased them from Costco and weren't adjusted properly. The optomitrist was really nice and friendly! She was very relaxed and cool. We've solved the problem and that my perscritpion wasn't so off from the old one. Highly would recommend! Very relaxing and professional! Dont know about the 1 stars but my experience was great!

Every time I walk in this Newlook, I feel welcomed. Got my eye exam done, the optometrist was so sweet. The opticians that helped me multiple times were also so nice. Julie is there to help me with my glasses, thank you! *edit*: everyone is low staff nowadays so the 1 star review is unfair. They're doing their best with the staff they have!
Very unresponsive team Had done a test with their on call optometrist , called 3 times since, have not got the prescription, nor the doctor consult on redo of test. Very disappointed Do not recommend them
