The service is absolutely HORRENDOUS! Our Timeline: Aug 29: eye exam. Brought our own new frame, ordered progressive lenses as recommended by optometrist. Aug 30 & 31: they are closed. Sept 1: called close to 10 times all throughout the day, no one picks up the phone, left multiple voicemails, no call back. Managed to get a hold of them in the evening to let them know we changed our mind and would like to switch to short distance lenses only. Said will speak with a supervisor and call me back. 3 rescheduled appointments the same day only to have the optometrist cancel for a meeting in the middle of my pre eye exam. Wasted my day off, thanks for nothing.
DO NOT go here, horrible customer service .. very rude and pushy . So many better options in the West Island
