Great customer service! They helped me resolve a problem, and I’m extremely grateful.
The original solid stain and au25 sealer work amazingly well for water based products in my harsh Northeast winters. If some users report failure etc., they need to be realistic about horizontal surfaces taking an absolute beating and surface preparation. 95% of my original finish is still present 4 years after application. Following application instructions is crucial (humidity, temperature etc). Worst custom service I have ever had from a company. Not one time in all my life have I called a company worried that there product failed or something and tried to get to the bottom of it only to be told it’s my fault I didn’t prep, clean, mix, spread thick enough etc. every single thing that they could come up with to just say I was wrong. I will never ever ever use new Look stain again on any of my projects large small etc. Bunch of sales reps that just want to shove material down your throat!
The area representative and customer service representative were excellent. They stayed in connect throughout the entire project. Great company. Great product.
New Look saves the day! (and TIME and MONEY) Learn from our mistakes and save time, money and frustration by choosing the New Look products from the beginning. Our contractor had to redo all of the staining for our patio, walkway, porch and curbing because of an inferior product. New Look is Amazing with the best service and expert knowledge. And their products are eco-friendly, so no worries with children, pets or plants.
