Rating is one star due to sales team if you have to go to New look I recommend dealing with Chase. He is a freaking guru. He's the only one there that will grit his teeth and help you I can't give him enough praise. He is the only thing holding that place together.
Great customer service! They helped me resolve a problem, and I’m extremely grateful.
The original solid stain and au25 sealer work amazingly well for water based products in my harsh Northeast winters. If some users report failure etc., they need to be realistic about horizontal surfaces taking an absolute beating and surface preparation. 95% of my original finish is still present 4 years after application. Following application instructions is crucial (humidity, temperature etc). You meed to keep up with occasionally doing a light leaning of dust and dirt from the surface before power washing is necessary. ... read more
Worst custom service I have ever had from a company. Not one time in all my life have I called a company worried that there product failed or something and tried to get to the bottom of it only to be told it’s my fault I didn’t prep, clean, mix, spread thick enough etc. every single thing that they could come up with to just say I was wrong. I will never ever ever use new Look stain again on any of my projects large small etc. Bunch of sales reps that just want to shove material down your throat!
The area representative and customer service representative were excellent. They stayed in connect throughout the entire project. Great company. Great product.
