Michal initially impressed by being very quick to respond to initial enquiries, arranging to view and quote, and in answering questions we had about the project. His advice and guidance were really appreciated, he is very knowledgeable and clearly has a good deal of experience. He is extremely hard working including evenings and weekends and does what he says he will do. Michael was fantastic helping to design the project and then carrying it out to a fantastic standard. I am so pleased and will absolutely use New Look again.
New and resized bathroom + internal refurbishment including moving sockets & switches, plastering, flipping doors, building of electrical cabinet, moving internal stud walls, guttering + more. Michal did a complete refurbishment of a bedroom - old boxed in pipes replaced and put into the wall, new radiator installed, new oak flooring and skirting boards new electric socket in wall, all woodwork painted and walls beautifully papered. A thoroughly professional job and completed in time stated. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is reliable and honest.
We have had two commercial contracts completed by New Look Building. A toilet block and an office fit out following a fire. Michal is very straightforward to deal with and the standard of work excellent. They are very clear on pricing from the outset and have completed both contracts within the agreed time.
