If I could give no stars, I would. Out shop was broken into 6 weeks ago and we requested Newlite to measure up and fit a new frame and door. Attempted to contact them on multiple occasions without success. Messages were left unanswered. Finally got hold of them today and asked when they would be doing the job and the guy said "I dunno, I'm busy, whenever I get around to it." I definitely would not recommend this company based on their attitude and the length of time it took them to give us an unsatisfactory answer. 6 weeks!!... read more
No one at counter, place looks empty, pushed buzzer 3 times waiting 10 mins before guy cone to front.
Great service plenty of shock
Got my doors in the end, had to call up a few times. Seems like they need a better system to track orders and quotes, they don't use order or quote numbers... doors and track are good quality though, and service was ok.
