I didn’t have to wait a long time, attended me pretty quick. The staff are very nice and the ultrasound tech was very gentle and took her time, all my questions were answered. I had an overall great experience.
My experience with NewLife Fertility in Hamilton was one of the most painful experiences of my life. My husband froze his sperm before undergoing radiation treatment for prostate cancer, as we were advised by our doctor. During our IVF consultation, we were incorrectly told that he needed to provide another sperm sample because six months had passed. New life is a great all inclusive fertility clinic. I like how their locations are interconnected for seamless appointments and treatment services. I also like their virtual and phone service, perfect for busy ladies like me. Their staff are all kind and friendly.
Our experience with NewLife Fertility Centre was incredibly disappointing and added unnecessary stress to an already emotional and difficult fertility journey. Throughout the process, communication from the nursing team was inconsistent, and we frequently received conflicting information from different staff members.
