I am incredibly thankful to Dr. Cepeda and his staff for helping me achieve pregnancy. The entire team was supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the process. They truly care about their patients, and it shows. I highly recommend this centre to anyone seeking fertility care.
Fantastic staff, super friendly and helpful! Only downfall is that all newlife fertility clinics are impossible to get through via phone. Thankfully the staff are AMAZING at answering emails, but some things are easier to just have a one minute phone call rather than a few emails back and forth.
Before posting this review, I made multiple attempts over a long period to resolve my concerns directly with the clinic by phone and email. Those efforts went unanswered or unresolved, which is why I am now sharing my experience publicly. Amazing job done!! Helpful staff specially Riya our nurse was very professional , patient and great at her job. Definitely recommend her and the place.
