I got pregnant with all my pregnancies through new life fertility. The nurses and ultrasound technicians are amazing. Dr. Bedi is also an amazing doctor.
Our experience at New Life Fertility was incredibly disappointing. The fertility journey is difficult enough, but this clinic severely lacks empathy and care. The staff was dismissive, easily agitated by questions, and only provided verbal instructions instead of written protocols. Our assigned doctor had us complete 3 IUI cycles over the course of a year. When the first failed, he blindly repeated the exact same protocol for the next two. After all three failed, he immediately labeled us with 'unexplained infertility' and p... read more
The nurses were good and polite and cooperative and understanding. They never forced any medication. All the Ultrasound technicians are wonderful. So motivating and cheering. I was half able to conceive with their words. Reception staff is polite and homely. Overall never had a bad day at the clinic. Recommended, if you are facing issues.
