The building is not customer-friendly. If you don’t have the access code, you’re left waiting outside even in winter. This is especially concerning for a fertility clinic, where patients may already be under stress. Washrooms are a basic and essential requirement in such a facility, yet there are no private washrooms available. Patients are asked to arrive at 7 AM, but the public washrooms only open at 8 AM, forcing them to wait. And facility is really expensive too.

I had a very positive experience at Newlife Fertility Centre. The staff are kind, professional, and very supportive throughout my journey. My doctor, Dr. Samuel Soliman, is excellent—very knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel more confident and comfortable. I’m so incredibly thankful for everyone there who helped me on my journey to getting pregnant. The entire team was kind, supportive, and truly professional throughout the whole process.
