My honest review from my experience from earlier 2024 to earlier 2026. If you have a job and must work around your appointments and you need the process fast, efficient and professional then go to the Mississauga location, they make it happen even on snowstorm days, construction and technical issue days. I was supposed to have virtual appointment with the doctor from newlife fertility Mississauga regarding results of my AMH and other tests, but the doctor did not attend the meeting, and I have neither received an apology nor a rescheduling of appointment. Secondly, semen analysis is covered under ohip but they are charging hefty fee for that. And now clinic isn’t picking up phone even though I need to see blood reports asap. I regret wasting my time here.
Wasted 2 years of my life with this "fertility clinic". I will let the facts speak for themselves: 2026 - waited over 35 days to receive my files which I paid to be transferred, they sent it immediately once I asked for a refund ($$ is ALL they care about) 2025 - in October, their IVF co-ordinator said we're up for a funded IVF in December...we prepared mentally and financially only to be told "sorry, out of funds, we didn't guarantee anything" (lol) - we paid for 3 IUIs which are clearly time-sensitive due to meds...every s... read more
Our experience at New Life Fertility was incredibly disappointing. The fertility journey is difficult enough, but this clinic severely lacks empathy and care. The staff was dismissive, easily agitated by questions, and only provided verbal instructions instead of written protocols. Our assigned doctor had us complete 3 IUI cycles over the course of a year. I've never been to a fertility clinic before. I looked at Google and saw some good reviews so asked my family doctor to refer us here. I have been CANCELLED TWICE! and keep pushing our appointments further and further. Do they only have one doctor at this clinic? I understand the first time, but when it keeps happening, and having to book days off of work for this, is unacceptable. They are NOT accommodating at all. WRITE THIS PLACE OFF!
