Patricia was there from the beginning to the end of my TTC journey and I found her professionalism, compassion, understanding and skill to be invaluable to me. She even made herself available on a public holiday to see me and I can't thank her enough for it. Patricia patiently answered my many questions and has demonstrated vast knowledge and skill. I can’t thank Patricia Diaz and her in house masseuse Sana enough. I had excruciating back pain and never thought to try acupuncture until one of Patricia’s students had recommended it to me. I am a flight attendant and had met Patricia’s student by coincidence after she overheard me complaining about my back pain. I’m so glad that I took her advice because it literally changed my life! Fantastic team who are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I had a great treatment with Anthony Bloomfield and would highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for health, weight loss, and fitness knowledge and treatment.
Although knowledge of staff and treatment was good (Acupuncture), I was disappointed with their lack of communication with regards to a '10-pack' purchase made. I spent hundreds of dollars on this pack, only used a few of the sessions (about 5), thinking I could use the remainder the following year after my pregnancy. When I called Jan this year, it was refused as it was just over the year expiry. The comment I received was '...you could have used it during the pregnancy' (which I did not realise).
