Be very careful people. We've been in our home for eight months.When you submit your warrant, you will receive and email stating the issues will be fixed within 3 to five months, as I stated nothing has been fixed, with the exception of the dips in my foundation in my bedroom , and master closet. I have cracks around the perimeter of the outside of my home, cracks in bricks, tiles, my front and back patio has cracks everywhere, looks like its 20 years old, my garage had cracks and crumbling. Homes are very nice but just a bit small for the price. I imagine the traffic in the morning is a mess since main road is being worked on.
