Beautiful homes but horrible customer service. We’ve been in our home for 10 months, submitted numerous warranty requests since day 1 and nothing has been fixed. There’s no number or address to reach them.
They don’t honor their repairs. My home has cracks from the foundation. Don’t trust Eddie or this company.
They do not honor home warranty I've submitted numerous requests and have not completed 9 months ago.
Can't reach any one to fix warranty issue and when finally got someone it a year for them do any and it was not done correctly
**DO NOT BUILD A HOUSE WITH NEW LEAF** They are no longer accredited by BBB because the amount of the complaints. This company only cares to take your money and will go back on their word countless times. You cant hold them to any project dates even if there is a contract in place. Good luck trying to get any warranty work done. My mother is having severe foundation issues on 3 year old house and we can't get anyone to respond to survey or schedule any work.
