I’m conflicted in writing this review - this is hands down the best management company I have rented from after living in LA for 10 years. The rents are reasonable, they are highly responsive to questions and requests for maintenance, and don’t take advantage on items like the security deposit where I have seen landlords get greedy. However, the units in 8333-8337 Clinton are very difficult to live in - especially on the ground floor.
