Mark was nice and the prices were quite reasonable, but unfortunately he didn’t understand the customer’s situation and sold me rims that didn’t really suit my needs: he went only by what he had in stock. I was looking for the smallest rims possible that would be more durable than my cracked 20-inch rim. I don’t trust alloy rims or any similar sizes anymore. Sorry, not the issue of not paying, but the issue of shopping somewhere else.
