Our family (my wife and I plus two of our adult children with their kids) shared Cabin #1 July 8 - July 14. It was our seventh time at Newlands, and our fifth time in Cabin #1. The new owners (Ted and Elaine) have made some wonderful upgrades. The cabin is so close to the White River that the air temperature remains very comfortable throughout the day. Cabin #1 is amazing. Weather you have a small group or a large group, it can handle either. It has everything you need. Very clean on right on the White river. If you want a fishing guide or just take a trip down the river, you can find both. It's an amazing, peaceful place.
The location was fantastic and so are thr views. The place it's self could use a deep cleaning with stuff being moved and cleaned and then put back. Other than that it is perfect and worth every penny. Second time renting from them and it's both been great 2 different locations. We can't wait to go back.
Nice, recently renovated, clean, and well appointed cabins at a good value! Right on the river with a dock complex making it great for fishing.
What a great place to put my family up in. Beautiful view, great fishing, and a Bible in every room! So incredible to be in such a wonderful place and build memories with family. Thanks Cabin 5 for everything!
