I rented from this landlord for 2 years! $1000 Deposit and only got $68 back after I moved out! This landlord will rip you off and she’s only money hungry. I followed all her rules with maintaining the apartment and made sure it was super clean when I moved out and she still ripped me off! Nun the less dealing with nosey neighbors and a maintenance man who sat in a white van and watched my every move made me feel uncomfortable being a single mother! I would never recommend this landlord to anyone!
Not bad if you dont mind having your landlord all up in your business and threaten to kick you out over a floor thats only a little dirty.
