We recently completed a room addition and remodel with Newland Construction. Terry was great to work with in the planning stages. came up with a fantastic floor plan with our limited space. John was great at organizing the crews to get the work done in a timely manner. All the crews did quality work, and were very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend them for your next home project.
I had a good experience working with Newland Construction. We added an addition to our home, which expanded our master bedroom to add a bathroom and walk-in closet. Each crew (roofers, framers, plumbers, drywall, HVAC) that worked on the project was professional and friendly. Terry would work with my schedule whenever possible in terms of scheduling work. Overall, I would recommend and hire Newland again in the future.
I can’t explain enough, just how wonderful of an experience we had with Newland. The professionalism and patience that we received throughout the entire process gave us the assurance and value that we hoped we would get from such a demanding job. I didn't review Terry's feedback on my prior comments to Newland Construction Co. until I give 2nd time review this time. I don't agree with what it said that I was asking more than what it set in the contract. I always stick with the contract but too bad the lack communication between me and contractor was very poor. Anyway I am happy that we can finally sit down and I have my opportunity to talk with Terry how I have been feeling during the whole construction and we moved on after all unpleasant things happened. The project was signed off and finalized by the city officials on December 18th 2017.. I met with the homeowner on Monday the 8th of January 2018, we sat down and discussed the problems that she had and we resolved the issues. We can finally move on. She told me that she is going to recant the negative review that she posted. Submitted
