Disappointed by the service at this Newk’s location. The manager refused to accept valid US currency for our lunch, wrongly claiming that taped bills are not accepted by banks. Not only was this incorrect, but the manager was rude, cut me off, and another employee refused to provide contact information for a regional manager. Poor management and poor customer service. No telling how many people have left because of bad information
Your menu has a cesar salad with salmon for $14.99...on all your menus printed and sign board....your registers have a price point of $17.99.on that same item.....if i go to your resturants that leaves me having to argue with a manager in front of other customers....that makes me..your managers..and resturant look bad...why do you want all of us to look bad? NEWKS...DO BETTER....FIX IT
