I'd strongly recommend avoiding this store if you are interested in purchasing or servicing a bike. Adam promised me a bicycle for my son which was delivered months late. When he popped a tire, they refused to expedite service on his bike and told me to either wait a week to replace a tire tube, or to go elsewhere. These folks are a perfect example of how businesses simply don't care about the consumer anymore. Amanda was super helpful today. Considering a Custom Top Fuel 9.9 which is a huge purchase. Her expertise and level of customer service is beyond anything I’ve seen in a very long time. Give this woman a raise! I’ll be back for my Top Fuel soon!
Extremely helpful staff. Very knowledgeable and they always have everything you need for your bike. Never any pressure to buy anything. Henry did my road bike fitting and Amanda helped me with my first mountain bike purchase. There are organized group rides also from beginner to more advanced. Awesome atmosphere at this shop.
Trek Newington (specifically Henry) helped me get a wonderfully versatile Stache 7. He listened and supported me above and beyond for sure. They are definitely my LBS! Special thanks to Henry.
