Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this place through Airbnb. We contacted Stephan/Tyla from the afternoon requesting a late check-in, no response at all. We arrived around 6:30–7:00 pm and tried calling and messaging multiple times, still nothing. We even checked with a nearby restaurant; the staff kindly tried to help us but couldn’t reach the host either. While the room was clean and ready for us on our arrival. The parking area reserved for us to park in had a car parked in it. I feel that they need to ensure that cars from the pub are not parked in the parking area for the appointment. If you are looking for a disability accessible room its bathroom is too small, no grab rails in the bathroom or shower. When we booked we were told to bring our own shower chair so we thought the room would be accessible. Next time in Ballarat we will stay elsewhere.

Lovely room. Very clean with everything we needed for a night. Bed very comfortable. Nice meal at the pub. Downside was we stayed on a Saturday night when an engagement party and a separate birthday party were celebrated. Children screaming in the playground right outside the apartments and very loud adults outside in the beer garden kept us awake until well after midnight. All just a bit close for our liking. Probably wouldn’t stay again for this reason.
