I have hired Newhouse Home Comfort for several jobs over the past few years and each time they have done a great job. Most recently we needed a new air conditioner, during the recent heatwave. Steve had us up and running within 48 hours of my first call. Will definitely use their service again in the future.
Echoing multiple others on this review - avoid this company. Poor initial install (LEAK indoors ) and then the unit has not worked for 5 years and responses are 1 word pretending they will come to see it and then they do not follow up. Note the multiple other reviews that are similar .
Terrible response time. Waiting for warranty info for months. Have requested multiple times and zero response. Questionable installers. I would not call on these guys.
NHC was professional and knowledgeable. I was looking to replace an old heating/cooling unit and he walked me through the choices of a more efficient unit I knew nothing about. I am impressed with how quick the install went when we can into some hiccups. I highly recommend NHC!!!
Steve and his crew have done multiple jobs over the years for me. He has gone above and beyond for me in the past in both installing an absolutely AMAZING fireplace and air conditioner. When it comes to servicing and standing behind his work I am, and continue to be, impressed with his professionalism and understanding.
