Do not trust Steve Newhouse. In August he promised us he would replace our fireplace Every time we called he gave us an excuse and assured us he would get it done. Then the heat pump he installed stopped working 3 weeks ago and he showed up at the house and promised it would all be fixed. He now doesn’t even bother to answer messages. He totally mislead us and now we are scrambling to get it fixed by someone else. Terrible service.
