Unprofessional and unwilling to do work promised in contract.
Talked with a guy named Anthony. He just annoyingly push whatever warranty they have after I told him clearly that I don't need that. I thought they are associate with my loan originator but off course that's not the case. very rude people even at sales level. You can imagine what kind of service they can provide.
Buys your information and then sends false notices in order for you to call them. Predatory scam.
They Literally turned buying our first home into a nightmare! If your builder has a warranty with this company RUN! Only Shady builders have business with this company. Office employees are beyond rude and will not relay messages
