Although the location is beautiful I felt this place had not been sufficiently maintained for holiday letting. Facilities were nothing like advertised, either broken and/or dirty. Overall poor quality : - dirty pool - dusty and dirty bed linen ( mainly the dormitories) - unstable and broken bunk beds - no water supply for hours in part of the place - rats and spiders like part of the package - broken windows and unlockable doors - etc We ended up buying sleeping bags and bed linens for everyone. Great service been going for years
I take a school group here every year and I can't speak highly enough of it. The facilities are perfect for them, space to run and move, the staff are amazing and the food is always raved about. Great to have separate areas for the different groups and dynamics. Thank you Chris!
