They are incredibly busy. Can not get an appointment completely booked. Only over the phone call. No pre booking.
The staff, nurses, and doctors have always been more than helpful. My doctor, she really listened to me and my issues and did not write me off!
The receptionists at the practice are extremely unprofessional. They discuss patients and laugh about them loudly. They laugh at people who don't know how to speak English and are rude to patients. They always cancel appointments last minute and give misinformation via text. When confronted about this, they are very rude. They also talk very loudly and many times talk about their own personal issues as well as flirt.
They are incredibly busy.
