Great local storage company with excellent customer service. Never had an issue with the gate and it was nice to have the extra security.

This is a nice, clean, new facility. However, twice now I’ve made the 15 mile trip to Newhall to access my storage unit and have not been able to gain entry due to gate malfunctions. Today when the gate wouldn’t open I was told the gate was offline and someone would be there in 5-10 minutes. Half hour later I called back, was placed on hold for 5 minutes and was told they didn’t know when they could have someone there. I found that to be completely unacceptable and requested to move out.
