Receptionist Balinder is very kind and helpful. I had Iron infusion today, Dr. Chawla and nurse Simran were very supportive and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!
*Dr. Sahil Chawla - Excellent Doctor* I have been living in Canada for 32 years and today I met Dr. Sahil Chawla. He is the most polite, caring, and patient doctor I have ever seen. He treated my knee pain with an injection and I didn’t even realize when he did it because he was so gentle. He listens to patients very well and does his work from the heart. I wish every doctor was like him. Thank you Dr. Chawla for your kindness and excellent care.
Call center/receptionist are rude! Will not recommend.
My experience with Dr. Chawla and his staff was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, communication was lacking, and I did not feel respected or properly cared for as a patient. The staff was unhelpful and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic to others.
Terrible place. Dr Elkhider needs to find a new receptionist. She wanders around doing nothing and ignoring the lineup of people waiting. If you can, go anywhere else but here.
