A gem of a camera store, great knowledge and help. They took the time to go through many different models to help me find the right camera.
Worst place I have ever been.. I have visited there for my babies passport size picture and everytime there’s some issue in the picture. First the shoulders and ears were not visible and then they cut the ear and they said that they will charge us again although it’s there fault. I have already tell them that I want shoulders and ears visible in the photo but they said that this is one we clicked and if you want to clicked it again you have to pay. Customer service lacked. No greeting. Curt replies. I felt like I was inconveniencing the woman by being there.
I recently purchased a camera online from their store as I have been searching for a very popular model and it seemed like they had it for sale. I am from Toronto but this seemed to be my only option. I made the purchase and did not get a confirmation(which later I was told they do not do from their website...odd when dealing with higher ticket priced items). They have hard to find parts at a very reasonable price. However, they won't ship in Quebec. What a shame.
