Do not use this company. I’ll try to keep this short. Reached out to them at the end of May to rent a golf cart for a week in July. They agreed to drop off and pick up on Sunday’s. They emailed a contract and waiver but wanted a check mailed to them. It’s a good thing I didn’t do that. They agreed to cash on delivery. Several emails back and forth confirming drop off address, time frame and phone numbers etc. Everything was all set. Does not take phone calls. Did not follow up with confirmation or receipt of funds. It was scary being left hanging for an event that was 10 months in the planning. John came through and apologized. but....I want to believe that he will do better next time
