FROM ROCKSTAR TO ROBBER" Had a great experience with John last year so obviously called on him again for this year.... That was then and this is now apparently as service side of thing has let us down as we started the season off with a 3 day rental being dropped well into the 1st day (actually late evening 830pm) with little to no communication / update as to when it was coming ...being check in was on Friday @ 12 noon.
