We gave the team quite a challenge with a very modern house, lots of glass, radiant concrete floor and very little mechanical space to work in. Over the course of the build, we got to know many of the employees include the owner. They are all excellent. I have friends in the HVAC business and they were very impressed with the installation. Answered the phone at first ring and assisted me with how to shut the water off and sent someone right out same day. Both individuals were extremely courteous and resolved the issue quickly.
I cannot say enough regarding my experience with Newfound Plumbing. Don (the owner) promptly returned my initial call in a timely manner; unlike several other local plumbing companies. Knowing they were very busy and the necessity of the work I needed, Don accommodated me within days. Keith and Max who performed the work were very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Explained everything. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
