Felicia at the front desk should not be around people. I got sick in the middle of the night and could not clean up everything in the bathroom. She asked me what were they supposed to clean my apartment and I told her that it was supposed to be cleaned that day. She said that they would clean it up when they got to my apartment which would leave me sitting in my apartment all day with faces all over my bathroom floor.
