Full disclosure: I have not actually visited the restaurant in person, but I just finished eating a lunch that was among the best things I’ve ever wrapped my face around and have to shout it out. The Meatloaf Reuben. Perfection. I have trust issues about Swiss cheese on grilled sandwiches because so many places use the terrible plastic kind that doesn’t melt - but this was the absolute perfect texture to hold the Cole slaw on there.
