Placed an order with this business over two weeks ago. I received a notification to say that my shipping label was created 5 days after my initial purchase however my items still have not been shipped and I have not received any information to say there is a delay expected. Ive tried emailing and calling but have not been able to get in contact.
Had a very disappointing experience at this store yesterday afternoon. I was not acknowledged at all while browsing in the store. I had selected a pair of earrings to purchase and the sales representative handed them to another customer who tried them on in front of me. I had to alert her to the fact that the earrings were being worn by someone else while I was waiting to pay. The earrings are lovely but I found this very unprofessional.
Thanks Cathy for looking after us so well in the shop yesterday. Your jewellery designs are so beautiful, the minimalist space make them stand out even more. I will definitely come back for more:)
