Unorganized Company, Very poor customer service. sound like an off shore scam call centre. Just called there office and the Guy who answer the phone as if io was calling a personal cell number, No Company name no compare greeting. I asked him did I reach Newell Transport He said yes, I then asked him, Why would the phone without referring to the company name ? He said I was Rude and Hung up? I am surprised this company is in business but from the looks of it I can't say they will for much longer.. Just Garbage !
Quite literally one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with in my life & this is my first review i have ever left on a company but dealing with these guys has made me want to prevent other people from making the same mistake - These guys got us in to there warehouse onboarded us over a 4 month period to have them send 10 orders per day, then to tell us they could not handle the volume and then within 1 month of having our stock there they kicked us out of there warehouse & made us pay an extremely inflated bill on the ... read more

Great company, deliveries on time, drivers are always nice and helpful when loading and unloading, fantastic service all around.
