I purchased a truck at auction and when I arrived to pick it up the grill had been knocked out. Left came back next day still a little frustrated about the situation and they said no problem we'll have another one for you in the next couple days well while I was working on the truck they came out and gave me a choice of two different grills on property and said take which ever one I wanted now that's great customer service in my book and I'll definitely continue to give them my business 🎯 thank you guys for your service
Well my experience with this company was not a very good one, after winning on a truck that was been auction, they refused to honor the winning amount and they told me if I wanted the truck I need it to pay more. The truck had a 15,000 reserve that was meet, and well passed that amount, I never had to deal with something like that when you win something and after words they want to raise the price 3000 more. Shanna is very helpful and communicative. Only rating 4 stars because I don't have direct dealing with the company outside of asking some followup questions, which she kindly helped with. Friendly, communicative, and professional. Really appreciate her help.
Never given a one star review till now, but I've been waiting for title documents on a vehicle I bought on July 16, 2020. Called, emailed, texted, left messages...been told they would be mailed but still haven't received as of 9/1/20 and haven't actually been able to talk to anyone on the phone since they won't call me back. Would not recommend buying from JD Newell. Will not be buying from them again.
