Giant 5 stars. Came here after Bow Valley shut down their companion pet side of their clinic. due to veterinarian shortage (LOVED them too.) I had rescued an intact male dog in March 2022 from what was essentially a hoarding situation, he was emaciated and needed to be neutered and checked out. They were quick to get his needs met, and my hound was calm and collected the entire time. (AS FAR AS I SAW - to the staff? Doctor was great but his receptionist could use some training in PR skills. Found her to be abrupt, cold and extremely unfriendly. This woman does not present a professional, pleasant and caring persona for this physician. The person handling the phones and the front desk is always an integral part of any business and this doctor doesn’t have a very good representative.
